Available in warm rich maple or walnut premium hardwood, these signs are a great way to add your personal touch in any office space. HOW IT'S MADE
Each wedge starts with a solid piece of premium hardwood - your choice of walnut or maple. When sourcing our hardwood, we look for specimens with amazing character and figuring in the grain pattern. The wedge is cut to dimension and then stylized with chamfered edge profiling.
The next step is sanding, which is a meticulous and relatively labor intensive process. Multiple passes are performed, with a water treatment between passes to 'pop the grain'. This ensures that the finish will remain glass-smooth, even after subsequent exposure to moisture.
Once sanded, the wedge is ready to be personalized with a FREE frontside laser engraving. Please be sure to specify your name and title (optional). A graphic can also be engraved, such as a company logo.
After engraving and final light hand sanding, a clear protective finish is applied.
