How it works
01 Project Consultation
Through email, phone or video conference, we will discuss the details of your custom woodworking project. In order to provide you the most accurate project estimate possible, we'll gather information about your budget requirements, target delivery date, design ideas, and dimensions of your project as well as the space it will occupy.
02 Estimate Provided
With a proper understanding of your custom woodworking project, an estimate will be provided, along with any drawings required to support the estimate.
This affords us the opportunity to discuss potential alternative design, material and finishing choices that best meet your project and budget requirements.
03 Design
Once we've dialed in the proposal and you're ready to move forward, a 50% deposit is collected. We'll commence with generating detailed design and engineering plans, which enables us to acquire all project materials as cost effectively as possible.
04 Production Begins
With engineering plans and materials on hand, we're ready to start production.
Updates are provided throughout the project to keep you apprised of the progress and projected delivery date. Should any change orders be requested, we'll also communicate any revisions to the project cost and schedule.
05 Delivery And Installation
Once manufacturing is complete, we will schedule a date and time for installation that works best for you. For larger projects that require more than one person to install, a delivery fee may be assessed. Only after delivery will we collect the balance of the project fee. Our commitment is to work with you to ensure your vision was executed 100% to your satisfaction!
